Pote Hardware
Makanaka Investments owns nine hardware shops, three located in Zvishavane Town, one in Gweru, one in Chiredzi, one in Shurugwi, one in Mberengwa, one at Chivi growth point and one at Mataga growth point all trading as Pote Hardware. Pote holdings also have one kitchenware shop located in Zvishavane town under the hardware subunit. The hardware department has a wide range of products ranging from farming, building materials, timber products, electrical implements, plumbing etc.
We have been supplying hardware products to large organisations like Action contre la Faim, Mimosa Mining Company, World Vision Zimbabwe, JM Constuction, Newbase Construction, various schools, construction companies and the general public. Our reputation is greatly supported by the complementary transport division which also make sure that all required goods are at the designated locations both in time and efficiently
