THE COMPANY
Makanaka Investments is a wholly owned private limited company registered under the Companies Act of Zimbabwe. The company is based in Zvishavane and operates various business units ranging from groceries, hardware, road transportation, borehole drilling, gold milling, quarry, hotel and accommodation. Our success is driven by our people and their unrelenting focus on delivering results the right way by operating responsibly, executing with excellence and capturing new opportunities for profitable growth. The company started operating in 2001 as a sole proprietor with only one director and three employees but due to exceptionally good business management skills, the company has grown steadily to dominate the market in the whole of the Midlands Province and now has more than 800 employees.

ORGANISATION STRUCTURE
The company is headed by three Directors supported by one Operations Director. The Directors are supported by 2 General Managers who have 10 Line Managers under them. The Line Managers are in charge of more than 800 employees ranging from technicians, till operators, shelf packers, security guards, loaders, drivers, stock controllers, bookkeepers etc.
Customer satisfaction is crucial to the success of our business and we achieve this by tasking professional and qualified staff for any job we do for our clients.
